Job summary

SIR Fitness LLC is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to keep Crunch clubs in top condition, safe, and welcoming for members. Your hands-on work will cover repair, safety checks, and timely coordination with site leadership to minimize downtime.

The role requires practical HVAC or electrical knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to log work and order parts. You’ll support facilities across SoCal including Vista with a team‑oriented, family‑style environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• 1 year handyman experience preferred.
• General repair and building maintenance skills required.
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with email, Excel, and digital logs.
• Health club maintenance experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to multiple club locations.

Responsibilities

• Walk the facility to identify repair needs and hazards.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on repair timelines.
• Report to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment.
• Order parts, tools, and materials as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on gym equipment and facilities.
• Complete monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Assist members on the gym floor when needed.
