Job summary

The Little Gym of Temple, TX is seeking a Gym Director to lead daily operations and drive the performance of our kid-focused enrichment center. This full-time role reports to the owner and requires a passion for children's development, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellent service.

You will hire, train, and manage staff, oversee classes, facilities, and program delivery while promoting growth and safety for our members. Compensation is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Management experience.
• Excellent time management.
• Fun-loving and able to make others smile.

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.

Job Summary:

The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym of Temple, TX. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner.
