• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Train and coach direct reports to adhere to PF’s values.
• Manage payroll processing.
• Handle member requests and questions.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
• Track statistics and reports.
