Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children aged 6 months to 12 years during members' workouts. You will create a safe, welcoming environment, manage check-in/check-out, and supervise activities to support families.

The role requires childcare experience, strong communication, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to lift up to 10 lb. You’ll join a fast-growing franchise that values community, reliability, and a hands-on, energetic vibe.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or babysitting is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to read and write clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and provide a friendly atmosphere.
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children and parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety and engagement.
• Initiate games and crafts; keep toys clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free work area and respond to calls promptly.
