Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children from 6 months to 12 years while parents work out. You will create a safe, engaging environment, manage check-in/check-out, and support proper safety and cleanliness procedures.

The role requires genuine love for children, reliability, and attention to routine. A High school diploma or GED is required, and CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children, ages 6 months to 12 years.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (or obtained within 30 days).
• Able to maintain safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and their children with a friendly attitude.
• Provide a safe, engaging environment with games and activities.
• Register and check-out children and parents accurately.
• Monitor children for safety and report concerns promptly.
• Sanitize toys and keep the play area clean and organized.
