Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Kids Crunch Attendant to supervise and engage children while parents utilize the gym. You will ensure a safe, clean environment and provide attentive customer service to families.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with guardians. Prior childcare experience is preferred, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Child and Infant CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Background screening required.
• Previous childcare or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean childcare environment for children while members use the facility.
• Register and check-in/out children according to policies.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Organize age-appropriate activities and engage children in play and learning.
• Assist with meals, diapering, and feeding as needed by guardians.
• Maintain a tidy, sanitized play area and toys.
• Communicate with parents about child needs and activities.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
