Job summary

The Kids Crunch Attendant at Fitness Ventures LLC (Crunch Fitness) provides a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for gym members' children while parents use the facility. This role requires attentive supervision, positive interaction with children of varying ages, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to members and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Background screening completed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for children and parents.
• Conduct registration, check-in/out procedures per policies.
• Supervise children to ensure safety at all times.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities.
• Provide care to infants, including bottle feeding as directed.
• Maintain a calm, organized childcare environment.
• Clean and sanitize toys and areas to uphold safety standards.
• Ensure the space is free of hazards.
• Respond professionally to childcare-related inquiries.
• Communicate with parents about needs and concerns.
• Know club programs to assist members and answer questions.
• Address member requests or escalate as needed.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
