Lac Vieux Desert Health Center in Watersmeet Township is seeking a gym attendant to ensure a safe, efficient gym experience for members. You will greet and check in members, open the gym, and close it after hours while keeping equipment clean and properly stored.

You will help members with correct equipment use, respond to inquiries, enforce rules, assist with gym programs, and support a fast-paced, friendly wellness environment. Prioritize safety and customer service.

Qualificações

• Conducting regular inspections of the gym facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assisting members with the correct use of gym equipment.
• Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues.
• Enforcing gym rules and policies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all members.
• Assisting in emergency situations and administering first aid if needed.
• Assisting in the organization and promotion of gym programs and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

The gym attendant plays acritical role in the gym experience for its members. They will ensure workingorder in the gym and adherence to rules while serving a key role in customerservice. Primary Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Skills & Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Medium paced with possible high pressure oremergent situations
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids
• Possible exposure to infectious specimens,communicable diseases or toxic substances.
• May wear PPE such as gloves or a mask
• Frequent interaction with a diverse populationincluding team members, gym members, and other members of the public.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping,carrying, and speaking.
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting up to 20lbs.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to100 pounds
• Occasional use of computers and keyboards.
