Gymshark is opening its first public gym in Wynwood, Miami. As a Gym Assistant General Manager, you will support day-to-day leadership and operations to deliver an exceptional member experience on the gym floor.

You will lead by example, uphold high standards of service, safety, cleanliness and execution, and work closely with the Gym General Manager to foster an inclusive, high-energy culture and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced fitness environment.

As a Gym Assistant General Manager, you'll support the day to day leadership and operations of the gym, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll lead by example on the gym floor, supporting your team to uphold high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and operational execution. With your passion for fitness, wellness, and the Gymshark brand, you'll help foster an inclusive, high energy culture that motivates both members and staff. Working closely with the Gym General Manager, you'll help bring Gymshark's vision to life by driving operational excellence, developing the team, and supporting key business goals.
