Gymshark in Wynwood Miami is launching its first gym, seeking Gym Team Members who will be the face of our brand. You’ll create unforgettable first impressions, foster community, and drive a premium member experience every shift.

Join a fast-growing global brand and help shape operations, events, and retail interactions while promoting Gymshark products. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the gym running through daily operations and member check-ins.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, premium environment across spaces.
• Acting as a Gymshark ambassador and building an inclusive community.
• Generating new member sign-ups via walk-ins and sales calls.
• Delivering a high-energy member experience and welcoming atmosphere.
• Front desk ownership: interactions, calls, and member inquiries.
• Promoting events, products, and experiences to bring the brand to life.
• Supporting retail sales and contributing to team/individual targets.

We’re launching our very first Gymshark gym in Wynwood Miami, and we’re looking for passionate, energetic Gym Team Members to help bring it to life. You’ll be at the heart of an entirely new fitness experience, shaping the culture, setting the standard, and creating a community that people want to be part of.

As the face of the gym, you’ll deliver more than just great service, you’ll createunforgettable first impressions, build connections, and help define what Gymshark looks and feels like in a physical space. Every interaction, every moment on the floor, and every member experience starts with you.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping the gym running smoothly through daily operations and member check-ins
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and premium environment across all spaces
• Acting as a true Gymshark ambassador, creating an inclusive, motivating community
• Generating new member sign-ups through walk in's and also outbound/inbound sales calls
• Delivering a standout, high-energy member experience, making every visit feel welcoming and motivating
• Be the first point of contact, owning front desk interactions, calls, and member enquiries
• Bringing the brand to life by promoting events, products, and experiences
• Supporting retail sales, contributing to team and individual targets
