TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst in Aliso Viejo, CA for a 12-month onsite contract. The role provides Tier-2 support across ERP, CRM, and regulated SaaS platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business systems or application support, knowledge of validation concepts (IQ/OQ/PQ), and experience with incident/change/audit readiness. Collaboration with Quality, Validation, and IT Security is essential.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in business systems or application support.
• Experience supporting systems in a GxP regulated environment (e.g., life sciences, med device, pharma).
• Understanding of validation concepts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and risk-based validation.
• Familiarity with incident management, change management and audit readiness.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to support multiple systems simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier-2 support across multiple enterprise and SaaS systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, data flows, and user access.
• Resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Perform basic system configuration, data corrections, and access management within approved procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal SMEs for escalations and complex issues.
