Cincinnati Children’s is seeking qualified individuals for Technician II-GxP or Specialist GxP roles at the Burnet Campus. The positions involve manufacturing, process development, technology transfer, and high-complexity analysis under GxP and CAP/CLIA guidance.

The roles require a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0–2 years (Tech II) or 2–5 years (Specialist) of related experience, and involve daily operations, QA collaboration, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 0-2 years of work experience for Technician II-GxP.
• 2-5 years of work experience for Specialist GxP.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and processing activities including process development and technology transfer following SOPs and documentation for compliance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; troubleshoot issues and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
• Support QA and compliance activities; participate in training and provide safety monitoring as assigned.
• Contribute to SOP/protocol development and participate in continuous improvement activities.
