Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree for Specialist GxP; 2–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing- process development, technology transfer, scale-up, QA, and high complexity analysis per SOPs.
• Operations- maintain lab equipment, respond to issues, order supplies, and ensure safety.
• Compliance- maintain documentation, provide MSDS training, engage with vendors, and report findings.
• Process Improvement- follow SOPs, coordinate QA activities, and ensure assay accuracy.
• Training & Development- mentor staff and support management decisions.
