SBM is hiring a hands-on GxP Quality & Compliance Manager to support GMP-compliant critical environments services across life sciences client sites. This field-based role requires up to 50% travel and focuses on translating quality requirements into daily practices.

Ideal candidates have pharmaceutical or GxP experience and can drive continuous improvements, with exposure to audits, CAPA, and client interactions. Compensation ranges $110,000–$120,000 annually. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus; valid driver's license may be required.
• Strong reading, interpretation, and communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site assessments to evaluate program effectiveness against SOW and quality service delivery.
• Recommend improvements, share best practices, and implement actions to enhance quality.
• Investigate customer quality complaints and support root-cause analysis.
• Identify at-risk programs and drive CAPA actions and follow-up.
• Monitor quality standards via on-site and remote assessments; report findings.
• Lead training for MGMT and staff to address quality gaps.
• Support client inspections and regulatory inquiries; act as liaison with stakeholders.
• Audit compliance of personnel and ensure proper work schedules.
• Assist with budgets, plans, and cost-estimate activities for programs.
