SBM Offshore is seeking a hands-on GxP Quality & Compliance Manager to support GMP-aligned quality systems across regulated life sciences client sites. This field-based role involves working with site operations, cleaning teams, and client Quality representatives to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines pharmaceutical/GxP operations exposure with the ability to translate quality requirements into daily practices, while traveling up to 50% of the

Competenze

• A.A. Degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May be required to drive; valid driver's license may be needed depending on business needs.

Mansioni

• Perform on-site assessments determining effectiveness of the program in meeting contractual SOW and quality of service delivery.
• Investigate customer complaints regarding quality and support RCA activities.
• Identify at-risk programs and facilitate CAPA processes and required follow-up actions.
• Monitor internal processes for quality standards via on-site and remote assessments.
• Guide and assist during high-level client inspections (Regulatory, Partner, VIP).
• Conduct personnel compliance audits and ensure adequate work schedules for quality service.
• Complete reporting and deliverables to inform management of significant issues and actions.
