Job summary

American Data Network is seeking experienced GWTG-CAD Registry Abstractors to support cardiovascular registry abstraction for healthcare clients. Applicants should have recent hands-on GWTG-CAD abstraction experience and can work independently with high accuracy and timely delivery.

ADN hires both contractors and full-time staff; contractors must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will review clinical records, apply registry specs, and enter data into registry platforms while

Qualifications

• Two years of recent GWTG-CAD registry abstraction experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and registry abstraction.
• Ability to interpret medical records and clinical documentation.
• Independent work style with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience across multiple EHRs and data collection systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Access to a reliable home internet and dual monitors.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records and abstract data for the GWTG-CAD Registry.
• Apply registry specifications, definitions, and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Interpret clinical documentation related to cardiac catheterization and PCI.
• Enter accurate data into registry platforms and EHRs.
• Maintain high abstraction accuracy and completeness.
• Meet productivity goals and client deadlines.
• Participate in QA activities, feedback, and IRR reviews.
• Communicate with account leads and client contacts as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data security.
