Job summary

IBP Panhandle is hiring a gutter installer to accurately measure rooflines, cut gutters to size, and install hangers, brackets and downspouts. You will pitch gutters for proper drainage and communicate with customers professionally.

The role requires hands-on work at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and company policies. This position offers opportunities for growth within the IBP Panhandle team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a gutter installer.
• Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate measurements of the building's roofline to determine the necessary length and number of gutters needed.
• Cut gutters to size using specialized tools, such as a metal saw or guillotine cutter.
• Install hangers, brackets, and other support structures to ensure that gutters are securely attached to the building.
• Pitch gutters correctly to ensure proper water drainage.
• Install downspouts and related components.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
