Job summary

IBP of Miami is seeking a Gutter Installer to measure, cut, and install gutters, downspouts, and related components on residential and commercial buildings. You will ensure proper attachment and correct pitch for drainage.

The role requires physical work, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hand and power tools. You will communicate with customers professionally and uphold safety protocols in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate measurements of the building's roofline to determine the necessary length and number of gutters.
• Cut gutters to size using specialized tools, such as a metal saw or guillotine cutter.
• Install hangers, brackets, and other support structures to ensure that gutters are securely attached to the building
• Pitch gutters correctly to ensure proper water drainage.
• Install downspouts and related components.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
