Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, roofing products, lumber and building materials, is hiring a Warehouse Specialist / Gutter Fabrication Operator in the United States. You will load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory, operate gutter fabrication machines, and safely handle forklifts and scanning equipment.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for Company purposes.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Operate gutter downspout and elbow manufacturing machine.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Safely operate SMA Production machine to fill work orders.
• Assemble boxes to pack production items for inventory.
• Cycle count inventory and report wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Stand for long periods and perform tasks with physical effort.
• Any other duties as assigned.
