Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma, and 2+ years of bench experience with firearms. Travel for certification and shop duties may be involved in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship or college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of bench/shop experience on shotguns, rifles and handguns.

Responsibilities

• Provides a legendary experience for every customer.
• Assists customers with purchases and identifies needs.
• Makes product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Follows dress code and safety requirements; performs other duties as assigned.
