Job summary

Veridian Service Partners in Georgia is seeking a Gunite Laborer to join the crew building the structural concrete shell of in-ground pools. The role is outdoors, physically demanding, and offers strong pay, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement for reliable performers.

You'll work with the gunite crew, assist nozzleman, shape and smooth concrete, load materials, and keep the site clean and safe while following foreman directions and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred.
• Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can take direction and hustle.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments.
• Reliable transportation to and from office in Houston.

• Assist nozzleman with spraying and shaping gunite
• Use hand tools to shape and smooth concrete
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
