Job summary

U.S. LawShield in Houston seeks a Full-Time Gun Show Circuit Manager to represent the organization at gun shows across your territory, educating prospective members and building vendor relationships.

You will travel Fridays through Sundays, set up a professional booth, and aim to drive membership enrollment while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting new people.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to engage customers and build trust quickly.
• Experience in retail/event marketing or trade show environments.
• Trade show experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and using sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent U.S. LawShield professionally at gun shows throughout your territory.
• Travel a designated Friday–Sunday circuit with frequent overnight travel.
• Set up, manage, and maintain an organized booth environment.
• Proactively engage attendees and guide conversations to membership enrollment.
• Communicate the mission and value proposition clearly while addressing questions in real time.
• Meet or exceed membership, production, and conversion goals in a same-day sales environment.
• Process memberships accurately using company sales tools.
• Develop relationships with vendors, promoters, and partners to generate referrals.
• Complete post-event follow-up and provide feedback on trends and opportunities.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
