U.S. LawShield is seeking a charismatic Part-Time Field Sales Representative to present to groups at gun ranges, stores, and events in Houston, TX. You will convert interest into memberships by reading the room and guiding audiences to decisions in 20–30 minutes.

The role offers above-average earnings with uncapped commission and training, plus support to obtain a Property & Casualty license. Weekend availability is essential; weekday events are also available when possible.

We’re seeking charismatic, high-performing presenters who excel at reading a room and confidently guiding small groups to a decision in just 20–30 minutes. The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential — the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Compensation & Growth

• Above-average earnings with unlimited commission— no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month(and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income.
• We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty licenseand provide complete training and materials.
• Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.
