As a Sporting Good/Gun Counter Lead at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales and suggesting products,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of firearms, shooting, scopes, ammo, reloading & accessories.
• 21+ years old to work around firearms and maintain paperwork accuracy.
• Strong merchandising, product education, and guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales.
• Suggest products, stock and merchandise, and maintain department cleanliness.
• Lead and develop a successful team and safeguard assets.
• Ensure gun counter compliance and manage paperwork accuracy.
• Educate customers on North 40 brands and equipment.
