Pharmavite is seeking a Gummy Vitamin Manufacturing Operator to execute manufacturing tasks in a GMP-driven environment. You will weigh materials, batch formulations, deposit gummies, inspect products, and maintain records to ensure quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with basic math and data entry skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience required.
• Experience in food/pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/consumer packaged goods manufacturing preferred.
• Basic math skills, ability to read batch records, SOPs, and perform data entry.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and stage ingredients according to batch records and manufacturing instructions.
• Batch vitamin gummy formulations and operate mixing, heating and processing equipment.
• Operate gummy depositing equipment and verify fill weights, counts and appearance.
• Inspect gummies for quality attributes and document inspection results.
• Perform yield calculations, material transfer, waste tracking, and reconciliation.
• Complete batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP, safety and food safety standards.
