Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are correct and transferred per recipes and batch records.
• Operate gummy kitchen equipment and HMI panels; monitor process.
• Perform hourly quality checks on colors, flavors, weight, pH, and temperatures.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines; maintain logs.
• Perform changeovers and equipment cleaning; assist in equipment setup.
