Qualifications

• 5+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with gummy production lines.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own first-time gummy production runs and validate parameters.
• Analyze line throughput and reduce yield losses.
• Perform hands-on equipment setup and calibration.
• Train technicians on SOPs and safe operations.
• Oversee batch compounding and scale-up from pilot to production.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and sanitation standards.
