Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering or senior technical experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing.
• Extensive gummy process expertise and scaling formulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance and set-up.
• Experience mentoring floor operators and drafting work instructions.
• Education: high school diploma or technical training, trade certs, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own first-time run and NPI process parameters for gummy production.
• Analyze line throughput, map workflows, reduce scrap, improve yields.
• Perform hands-on line setup, calibration, and troubleshooting on gummy equipment.
• Train operators on SOPs, machine setup, and inline quality testing.
• Oversee batch compounding and scaling from pilot to full-scale production.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and sanitation requirements.
