GummyWorks is seeking an experienced and motivated First Shift Production Supervisor to join our West Palm Beach, FL team. The successful candidate will lead daily production, oversee staff, and ensure quality, safety, and GMP compliance in a vitamin/supplement gummy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include supervising, training, and coordinating production activities to meet schedules, while addressing challenges and fostering a collaborative, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience supervising and managing employees in manufacturing.
• Experience in vitamin, supplement, or gummy manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Description

GummyWorks is seeking an experienced and motivated First Shift Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in West Palm Beach, FL.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to oversee daily production operations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Experience in vitamin, supplement, or gummy manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily first-shift production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and manage production employees.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and performance to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
