Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from inquiry to development, approvals, and production orders.
• Create and update project plans, milestones, deadlines, and next steps.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing timely updates and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate internal teams to align priorities and complete requirements.
• Capture and document product specs, packaging needs, timing, and approvals.
• Coordinate samples, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure smooth transition to production with documented specs and deals.
• Maintain records and prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop practical processes to improve the customer experience.
