EJM is seeking a Pilot in Command for Gulfstream G650ER operations at Dulles, VA. You will hold final authority for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering a world‑class service experience for owners and passengers.

Requirements include 4–6 years of professional pilot experience, FAA type rating, and flight-hour thresholds (Total 3,500; PIC 2,000; MEL 1,500; PIC MEL 500; Instrument 300; Jet 500). Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional pilot experience, corporate/business aviation preferred.
• Current FAA type rating in the applicable fleet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe conduct of each flight and verify crew and trip requirements.
• Own flight planning, performance calculations, and weight‑balance.
• Lead crew briefings using CRM/TEM to manage risk.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and other teams.
• Serve as Ground and In‑Flight Security Coordinator.
• Complete all preflight checks and verify airworthiness.
• Record discrepancies and manage fueling, oil, and oxygen.
• Deliver professional passenger briefings and service.
• Apply CRM and TEM to communications during normal and emergency ops.
• Identify service deviations and resolve issues with crews.
• Maintain training and compliance under SMS.
