Wing Aviation in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a G450 Captain to lead flight operations with a focus on safety, strict adherence to the Aircraft Flight Manual, and meticulous preflight discipline.

You will review maintenance, assess weather and route factors, and ensure FAR Parts 91/135 and SOP compliance while delivering professional passenger service.

Qualified candidates hold FAA ATP, a current First-Class Medical with ATP privileges, a G450 PIC rating, and must live within two hours of the KFTW base.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• FAA ATP certificate and a current First-Class Medical with ATP privileges.
• G450 PIC type rating and currency.
• Knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 135 and flight manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain and ensure the safe operation of the G450 on every flight.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and conduct preflight inspections per the AFM.
• Evaluate weather and facilities along the planned route, at destination, and alternates.
• Operate in compliance with SOPs, company policies, and FARs (Part 91 & 135).
• Uphold the highest standards of passenger, aircraft, and crew safety.
• Complete all trip paperwork and records according to procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a regulatory environment.

Job description

What you’ll do

• Serve as Captain and ensure the safe operation of the G450 on every flight.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and conduct meticulous preflight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Evaluate weather and facilities along the planned route, at destination, and alternates.
• Operate in full compliance with Wing Aviation SOPs, company policies, and applicable FARs (Part 91 and Part 135).
• Uphold the highest standards of passenger, aircraft, and crew safety.
• Accurately complete all trip paperwork and records according to established procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and maintain impeccable organization in a dynamic regulatory environment.

What you’ll bring

• FAA ATP certificate and a current First-Class Medical with ATP privileges.
• Appropriate G450 PIC type rating and currency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 135, aircraft flight and equipment manuals, and all flight-critical information sources.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and professionalism.
• Local candidates preferred; crew members must live within a two-hour call-out of the jet’s base.

Flight time minimums

• Total time: 3,500+ hours
• Pilot-in-Command: 2,000+ hours
• Multi-engine (MEL): 1,500+ hours
• Multi-engine PIC: 500+ hours
• Instrument PIC: 300+ hours
• Turbine PIC: 500+ hours
• Time in type: 500+ hours in G450
• Experience: 1–6 years
