Job summary

Executive Jet Management seeks experienced pilots for its Palm Beach, FL operation. You will operate a Gulfstream 650 in a Part 91 setting, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service for owners and passengers.

PIC responsibilities accompany high standards of CRM, TEM, and regulatory adherence. Candidate should have 4–6 years in corporate aviation, 3500+ total flight hours, PIC MEL 500, and Instrument 300, with an FAA Type rating for the applicable fleet.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3500 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Instrument rating: 300 hours.
• 4–6 years in corporate/business aviation preferred.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight and balance for each assignment.
• Lead required briefings using TMP/TAC-style methodology to mitigate risks.
• Adhere to SOPs and coordinate with personnel; serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
