Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Five years of relevant experience as a business analyst in insurance and commercial business lines or related industry.
• Experience with the GuideWire software suite for worker's compensation and/or P&C insurance.
• Proficiency in SAFE Agile delivery practices and ability to gather requirements, communicate product design, and achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Define go-live activities with stakeholders and track project timelines.
• Create functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development consumption.
• Translate business requirements into documentation, data models, and process specifications.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical staff to ensure alignment and feasible solutions.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and provide status updates on work in progress.
