Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of business analyst experience in insurance/commercial lines.
- Experience with GuideWire and SAFE Agile delivery practices is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Document and validate business requirements with owners and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into documentation, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on data needs, workflows, and UI impacts.
- Manage project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress and decisions.
- Create use cases, data models, and data flow diagrams; prepare presentations.
- Support multiple projects in a bi-modal delivery environment and Confluence.
- Serve as SME for the work stream and align with product strategy and releases.
