Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies in Dallas seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer specializing in Guidewire PolicyCenter and P&C applications to validate functionality, develop automated tests, and support production systems for quality and reliability.

You will design and maintain automation scripts with Selenium, apply BDD frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to resolve testing and application challenges, ensuring clear test results and timely defect resolution.

Qualifications

Hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter testing experience.
Proficient in Selenium-based automation.
Knowledge of P&C insurance processes and underwriting workflows.
Experience in production support and incident management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium and BDD.
Validate insurance workflows: risk assessment, policy eligibility, underwriting decisions.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams to resolve testing challenges.
Communicate test results, defect status, and project updates clearly.
