Job summary

Gore Mutual is seeking an experienced Test Lead to steer QA initiatives across insurance applications. The role emphasizes Guidewire testing, test automation, and API testing, with hands-on work on PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

You will drive test strategy, automation, and end-to-end testing while collaborating with business and development teams. The ideal candidate has extensive Guidewire expertise, strong Java/Selenium/Playwright skills, and a solid background in P&C insurance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong Guidewire testing experience (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
• Hands-on Java, Selenium/Playwright, and REST API testing.
• Experience with Postman, Rest Assured and Karate for API validation.
• Expertise in SIT, Integration, Regression, E2E testing, and defect management.
• Leadership, stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives for Gore Mutual's applications.
• Define test strategy and drive automation programs.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business, development and client stakeholders.
