Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking an experienced Guidewire Program Manager to lead large-scale Guidewire implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives for P&C insurers in a global delivery context. You will own end-to-end program delivery, drive cross-functional teams across regions, and ensure agile practices with Jira are applied to accelerate value.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years IT, hands-on Guidewire experience, and deep knowledge of PolicyCenter along with data transformation

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with proven program/delivery management.
• Strong experience delivering Guidewire implementation or transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance and PolicyCenter preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise data transformation or data engineering programs is a plus.
