Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter specialist to lead development and support activities. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams to understand client needs, implement configuration and integration features, and provide production support for PolicyCenter.

The role includes reviewing offshore outputs and ensuring quality delivery for GW Cloud projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on Guidewire configuration experience, GOSU development skills, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Certified Guidewire Policy Center professional (Associate or ACE).
• 5-8 years hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire configuration and/or integration.
• End-to-end GW Cloud implementation experience.
• GOSU and Guidewire APIs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates.
• Develop configuration and integration features as per requirements.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore to align client business needs with offshore production quality.
• Review offshore work in rating, PCF, business rules, and data model creation.
• Manage and communicate team status to onsite management.
• Provide production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure applications are up and running.

Job description

• Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support
• Develop configuration and integration features as per requirements
• Work at Onsite offshore to understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements and then communicating the same to Offshore there by making Offshore to produce quality deliverables expected by client
• Hands on experience to invest 4060 of time for development work for release
• Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
• Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of Rating PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation
• Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
• Technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production
• Coordinating with team to analyze defects
• Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running

Technical Skills:

• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules UW issues PCF changes and integrations
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database
• 3rdparty platform application integration
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers

Must Have Skills:

• Certified Guidewire Policy Center professional Associate or ACE
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• One complete end to end implementation experience for GW Cloud
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes
