HDI Global Insurance Company is seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Developer in the U.S. to automate core business processes and build scalable insurance solutions.

You will analyze requirements, design robust software, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver value across underwriting, claims, and reporting. The role emphasizes data modeling, system integration, and continuous improvement through new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center development.
• Proficiency in Java and/or C#, Gosu, and XML.
• Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model.
• Guidewire certification preferred (Professional or ACE).
• Experience with BI, data warehousing, enterprise integration, and impact analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain applications using Guidewire Policy Center and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide subject-matter expertise related to system design, data modeling, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from MVP through deployment.
• Analyze data and business requirements to develop recommendations and actionable insights.
• Perform development work independently and as part of a project team.
• Ensure solutions meet established quality, functionality, and performance standards.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support enterprise integration, impact analysis, and ongoing enhancements to Guidewire solutions.

HDI Global Insurance is searching for a Guidewire Policy Center Developer who will play an important role in automating business processes and developing technology solutions that support operational efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively across teams. The Developer will analyze data, provide recommendations and business insights, and contribute both independently and collaboratively to the development and delivery of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $135,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
