Unknown is seeking a Guidewire Configuration Lead in Schaumburg, Illinois to drive design, development, and deployment of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. You will lead cross-functional teams and mentor developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, with 5 years in Guidewire configuration and development.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Proficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables in Guidewire projects.
