Job summary

X4 Technology in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation team. You will drive requirements, collaborate with BAs, developers and the broader tech group, and help deliver the remaining 30% of the project with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong P&C insurance domain knowledge and hands-on Guidewire configuration experience to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment.

• Support the late-stage delivery and ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

The implementation is already around 70% complete, so they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
