Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Architect Director to lead our team of architects and oversee architecture for a major PolicyCenter implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge and proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 architects, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Oversee architecture for PolicyCenter implementation, aligning with business and technical goals.
• Drive technical decision-making regarding configuration strategies, balancing OOTB capabilities and enterprise requirements.
• Develop and oversee data migration strategies and create technical documentation.
• Conduct architectural reviews and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on Guidewire industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Core Technical Requirements

• Expertise in PolicyCenter integration patterns, APIs, and configuration.
• Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Proficiency in messaging patterns and error handling strategies.
• Guidewire certification and 6+ years of Guidewire experience preferred.
• Strong background in data architecture, impact analysis, and data migration.
• Knowledge of BillingCenter & ClaimCenter integration (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
