Bathhouse is seeking friendly Guides to be the welcoming face of our guest experience. You will help guests check in, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and cared for during their visit.

You will contribute to creating a calm, thoughtful, and seamless experience from arrival onward. The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a busy, high-touch environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed.

• Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or incidents promptly to management.
• Promote Bathhouse services and retail offerings when appropriate.
• Uphold Bathhouse's standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly Rate: $20/hr
