Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team in ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.

You will inspect rooms, support room attendants, provide feedback, train staff, and coordinate with front desk to manage status updates throughout the shift. This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift. Flexible to work days including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
