Island Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas at our Austin properties. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure guest satisfaction according to brand standards.

Flexibility is required as hours vary by occupancy. You will collaborate with a hospitality team, report damages, and contribute to a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated team player with initiative and achievement orientation.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to handle problems in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties: change sheets, replace towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, clean, and rearrange rooms after checkout.
• Ensure rooms meet brand and Island Hospitality standards.
• Notify supervisors of damages or disturbances.
