Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, attractive guestrooms and deliver courteous, efficient service to all guests. You will thoroughly clean rooms, stock housekeeping carts, and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all areas clean, neat, and vacuumed; restock cart for next day.
• Report missing items or maintenance repairs to supervisor/manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
