Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for Residence Inn San Jose, CA. You will maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and provide attentive guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include thorough cleaning, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts. Excellent communication with guests and team members is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items to supervision.
• Report maintenance repairs to supervision/management.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
