Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to deliver clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. You will support the guest experience through attention to detail, teamwork, and service excellence, promoting brand standards across the property.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, handling guest requests, and maintaining public areas with a focus on quality hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
