Waterford Hotel Group in Florida is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver a clean, welcoming experience for guests and to uphold brand standards throughout the property. You will be a friendly ambassador, working with a team to ensure rooms and common areas meet high-quality expectations.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Weekend shifts are required, with a full-time schedule and company benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
• Weekends mandatory.
